ABOUT
Nick Sibbett has a wealth of experience in ecology and conservation. He started his professional career in English Nature, which became Natural England. He was the lead officer for giving statutory advice to other regulators, advised landowners on management, and issued consents for management, on Sites of Special Scientific Interest. For a period he gave advice on protected species licencing and conservation.
After 17 years, Nick joined The Landscape Partnership as an ecology consultant, where he became expert at the services now offered by Sibbett Ecology Ltd for a wide range of clients. He led a team of 8 talented staff, helping them to progress their careers. In summer 2024, he opened his new business, Sibbett Ecology Ltd, to offer his expertise directly to clients.
Sibbett Ecology Ltd is currently a one-person business, with a support network of sole traders and other ecologists able to help with larger projects.
